TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems
There is no steam.
The steam flow is low.
Water runs through the holes
of the steam head.
The steamer takes a long time
to heat and/or ejects white
particles.
The Roll & Press system panel
is crooked.

rolled back up while in use.
The hose makes a
gurgling noise.
Water is overflowing from
water tank.

Check that the appliance has been plugged in correctly.
Next press the On/Off pedal, the power indicator light
located at the front of the appliance will come on.
Check that the hose is not bent or twisted. The device
will begin producing steam after approximately 60
seconds.
Switch off the appliance and fill the water tank.

the hose vertically outstretched and wait for the
condensed water to return to the steamer.

handle while rolling back to the top.
Make sure the Roll & Press handle is firmly locked
in the hook. It should not be moving horizontally or
vertically.
