    SC-Contur Fig. 3: SC-Contur Viega press connections are equipped with the SC-Contur. The SC- Contur is a safety technology that is certified by the DVGW and ensures that the connection is guaranteed to be leaky in an unpressed state. Observe the following instructions to avoid damage to pipes and sealing elements: – Do not use cutting discs (angle grinders) or flame cutters when cutting to length.
