Press 'NO PROB', press 'OK'
Press 'PROBLEM' and enter problem code (*7701 – *7709)
Press 'OK'
From the handset in guest room, enter *770
From the handset in guest room, enter codes (*7701 –*7709)
e.g. *7701 = Broken Mirror etc
