Troubleshooting

Please perform the following steps if you encounter a problem while using the SonicStage
Simple Burner software. In case a message appears, it is recommended that you write it down.
Step 1: Check the symptoms in this "Troubleshooting" section.
A variety of information can also be found in the operating procedures and "Various
settings" (page 23) as well.
Step 2: Check the symptoms in the SonicStage Simple Burner 1.0
Online Help.
You can view the operating instructions of the SonicStage Simple Burner in the
display of your computer. For viewing, the Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed
on your computer. Click [Start]–[All Programs] or [Program]–[SonicStage Simple
Burner]–[Manual (PDF)].
Step 3: Check the "Personal Audio•Customer Support" website
Click [Start]–[All Programs] or [Program]–[SonicStage Simple Burner]–[Support
Web].
Step 4: If the problem cannot be solved after checking the above
references.
