Internal Memory

Scan Images

Scans the images that have been copied directly, using the Mass Storage connection, to the
internal memory without "Album Editor" (supplied), and displays these images in an album.
• Use a fully charged battery pack or the AC Adaptor with the camera installed on the Cyber-shot Station. If
you attempt to copy image files using a battery pack with little remaining charge, the battery pack may run
out, causing copying to fail or possibly corrupting the data.
1 Select [Scan Images] on the control button, then press z.
The message "Add unregistered images?" appears.
2 Select [OK], then press z.
Copying starts.
To cancel the copying
Select [Cancel] in step 2, then press z.
Format
Formats the management area in the internal memory to the factory default. All data, such as
the stored images, albums, music files, are erased.
• Note that formatting irrevocably erases all data in the internal memory, including even protected images.
You can restore these images later if you have backed up the images using the "Album Editor".
1 Select [Format] with the control button, then press z.
The message "All data in internal memory will be erased" appears.
2 Select [OK], then press z.
The format is complete.
To cancel the formatting
Select [Cancel] in step 2, then press z.
