This standard work checklist is to be used by the installer in conjuction with, not instead of, the instructions contained in this installation manual.

Verified clearances to combustibles. (Pg. 8)
Minimum ventilation requirements met (Pg. 9)
Appliance Setup
All packaging and protective materials removed.
Media installed correctly. (Reference Media Kit Instructions)
Manual bag and all of its contents are removed from the firepit and given to the party
responsible for use and operation.
Started appliance and verified no gas leaks exist.
Hearth & Home Technologies recommends the following:
• Photographing the installation and copying this checklist for your file.

That this checklist remain visible at all times on the fire pit until the installation is complete.
