Selecting further settings
 By touching the  or  sensor you
can now alter the brightness of the
display:
1: dimmest setting
2: medium setting
3: brightest setting.
 Touch the OK sensor to confirm your
selection.
The selected setting is applied, the
 symbol flashes.
 Touch the settings sensor to leave
settings mode.
Otherwise the appliance exits set-
tings mode automatically after ap-
proximately one minute.

Sabbath mode 
The refrigeration appliance has a Sab-
bath mode to support the observance
of religious customs.
The following are switched off:
– The interior lighting when the appli-
ance door is opened
– All acoustic and visual signals
– The temperature display
– The SuperFreeze function (if previ-
ously selected)
The following can be selected:
– The settings button for switching off

Sabbath mode

– The On/Off button
The Sabbath mode function will switch
itself off automatically after approx.
120 hours.
Ensure that the appliance door is
properly closed, as visual and audible
alarms are switched off.
Health risk caused by decom-
posing food.
As any mains outage during Sabbath
mode is not indicated, the frozen
goods may thaw or defrost. This will
reduce the storage life of the food.
Check whether the frozen goods
have started to defrost. If they have,
check that the food is safe to use
and if it is, then use it as soon as
possible or cook it before freezing it
again.
