5 Operating the appliance

Timer

The timer functions like an egg timer (1–99 min.).
It can only be set when a cooking zone is in operation.
A cooking zone can be put into operation when the timer is running. However,
no operating time can be set.
Setting the timer
▸ Switch on the appliance.
▸ Press the
– appears in the display: the second digit flashes.
▸ Set the second digit of the timer using the slider.
▸ Press the
– The first digit flashes.
▸ Set the first digit of the timer using the slider.
▸ Press the
– The timer starts.
Changing the timer
▸ Switch the appliance on.
▸ Touch the
– The time left on the timer is displayed.
▸ Use the slider to change the second digit of the timer.
▸ Touch the
▸ Use the slider to change the first digit of the timer.
▸ Touch the
▸ The changed timer starts.
Switching the timer off before time
If no cooking zone is in operation:
▸ Turn the appliance on and off again.
If a cooking zone is in operation:
▸ Press the
