OUMAN EH-800 Heating controller
Quick Guide:
1. Check heating output
Check the controller's display
to see whether the controller
has completely opened the
valve.
1.1 If it is not completely open,
you can turn up the heat,
go to section 2.
1.2 If it is completely open (as in
diagram), check the following:
• Is the temperature in the boiler or
accumulator high enough.
• Is the circulating pump turning
• Is the pressure in the heating net-
work high enough.
• Make sure that the temperature
measurements are correct. If the
temperature sensor is damaged,
contact Ouman Oy maintenance
• Make sure that the control valve is
not stuck (user manual p. 4).
If there were faults, get them fi xed.

Adjust settings after that.
If nothing has to be fi xed and the
control valve is completely open, ask
a professional to fi nd out where the
fault is.

2. Adjust settings
Finely adjust basic heating
If the room temperature is too low no
matter what the outdoor temperature,
adjust control using the fi ne adjustment
as follows:
1. Make sure that the top row of the
display reads "If it is too warm or too
the
cold, press OK" ( If necessary, press
the ESC button a number of times)
2. Press "OK"
3. Turn the control knob to change
the temperature and press "OK" to
confi rm

Confi rm: press OK, Cancel: press ESC
If it is too cold with freezing out-
door temperatures
1. Turn the control knob so that the top
edge of the display reads "L1 Curve"
2. Press "OK"
3. Press "OK" , change the "-20" setting so
it is bigger, e.g., 4 °C, press "OK"
4. At the same time change the "0" set-
ting so it is a little bigger, e.g., 4 °C
5. Exit and press "ESC" to confi rm the
changes
