Router
The router settings below are required, when
• Accessing the web server from outside the local area network.
• A message is send via email for a fault.
Remote access (e.g. DSL router with Internet connection) must already set up. A
static IP address or DynDNS-capable controller with DynDNS account is prerequi-
site for operation via Internet.
Settings:
• NAT/PAT: Translate private parties on public IP addresses and ports.
• DynDNS: The dynamic IP address for the connection must be published if
no fixed public IP address is available.
Settings depend on network type and application. The different variants are
described in Section 5.1.2.
