    SICHERHEITSHINWEISE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der Rapstrenner darf nur bei der Rapsernte eingesetzt werden. Er hat die Aufgabe, die ineinander hängenden Äste der Raps- pflanze zu trennen. Hierzu muss er senkrecht als Zusatzaggregat an den Seitenwänden des Mähdrescherschneidtisches befes- tigt werden (siehe Abb. 2). Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

    ANBAU ANBAU Allgemeines Der Rapstrenner wird von uns so geliefert, dass er den Sicherheitsvorschriften der EG-Richtlinie 2006/42/EG (Maschinen) ent- spricht. Der Anbau des Rapstrenners am Mähdrescherschneidwerk ist durch eine Fachwerkstatt individuell durchzuführen; obenge- nannte Richtlinie ist zu beachten. Zusätzlich geben wir nachfolgende Anbauhinweise. Umbau des Antriebes Der Rapstrenner ist zum Anbau an der rechten sowie der linken Seite des Mähdreschertisches erhältlich.

    ANTRIEBE ANSCHLIESSEN Hydraulischer Antrieb Type Druck Ölstrom Länge RT 135-HY 50- 180 bar 10- 12 l/min 1,35 m RT 150-HY 50- 180 bar 10- 12 l/min 1,50 m Die verwendeten Hydraulikmotoren sind rückstaubelastbar, d.h., zwei Rapstrenner können in Serie geschaltet werden. Der an- gegebene Ölstrom darf nicht überschritten werden, bei Bedarf ist ein Mengenregulierventil einzubauen.

    BETRIEB / WARTUNG UND PFLEGE BETRIEB Die Rapstrenner sind für Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt und können bei einer Fahrgeschwindigkeit von 5 - 6 km/h den Raps problem- los schneiden. Bei liegenden Beständen Fahrgeschwindigkeit reduzieren. WARTUNG UND PFLEGE Schmierung Die Messer und Messerführungen sind vor jedem Einsatz angemessen zu schmieren. Hierfür können Sie handelsübliche tem- peraturbeständige Öle und Fette verwenden.

    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Intended Use The rapeseed/canola crop divider may only be used for the harvesting of rapeseed/canola. It has the task, to separate the en- twined stalks and branches of the rapeseed/canola plants. For this purpose it must be vertically mounted as an accessory de- vice to the lateral walls of the harvester cutting table (see Diagram 2).

    MOUNTING MOUNTING General The rapeseed/canola crop divider is delivered by us in a condition that complies with the safety regulations of the EU Directive 2006/42/EU (Machinery). The mounting of the rapeseed/canola crop divider to the harvester head (cutting unit) must be performed individually by a spe- cialist workshop under compliance with the directive stated above! In addition, we issue the following mounting instructions.

    OPERATION/MAINTENANCE AND CARE OPERATION The rapeseed/canola crop dividers are constructed for permanent operation and are able to cut without any problems at a travel speed of 5 - 6 km/h.
