MODEL DESCRIPTION The Flav-R-Savor Portable Holding Cabinet is constructed of ® sturdy stainless steel. It features electronically-controlled heat, POWER ON/OFF (I/O) low velocity convected air, a humidity system, and a heavy-duty, Switch insulated, glass access door. The access door can be hinged left or right, depending on the application. -
