Top/bottom heating with hot air
A fan located on the rear wall of the oven disperses
the heat evenly. This type of heating is particulary
useful for cakes. This cooking method is quicker than
the previous one, and leaves food crisper.
Bottom heat with hot air
This option operates the bottom heat and fan
providing gentle heat from the top section.
This type of heating is particularly suitable for
deep frozen foods. It is ideal for cooking pizzas, chips
or strudels, without requiring preheating.
Bottom heat
The bottom heat makes it possible to heat or brown
dishes from underneath. It is suitable for finishing
paellas.
Hot air grilling
This type of heating involves the grill element and the
fan switching on and off alternately. During the pause
in heating, the fan circulates the heat generated by
the grill around the food. This ensures that pieces of
meat are crisped and brown on all sides.
