The device has a backup battery that permits
operation in the case of a power supply
failure until it is completely discharged. The
battery is recharged by Mithos GSM RF: the
battery is completely recharged after approx.
24 hours of being powered by the network.
The backup battery can be accessed by
removing the cover and can be replaced
without disconnecting the power supply
voltage.
Use NiMh (AA) batteries with a capacity of
2000 mAh or higher.
 Use only rechargeable batteries.
When replacing, dispose of
the battery in the specific
containers for differential
collection.
