We use different types of seat supports in our mobility devices. Due to this fact the seat support and the screws on your
mobility device may look different to the illustrations below. The mounting instructions are not affected by this.
Removing Seat Support
1. Remove seat frame. See Replacing Seat Frame.
2. Loosen and remove four screws A.
3. Lift off seat support B from seat / lifting column.
Installing Seat Support
CAUTION!
Damage to lifter column possible. Using incorrect screws or inserting and tightening screws incorrectly will
damage lifter column.
The lifter column is supplied with self-tapping screws. The screws are used on underside as well as on upper side.
– Use only screws provided.
– If screws were already screwed in: When reinstalling screws, make sure that they are screwed carefully
into existing thread.
– Tighten screws to a torque of 15 – 17 Nm.
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Test all functions.

6.12.6 Replacing Seat Column

CAUTION!
Risk of strains from lifting heavy parts!
– Use proper lifting techniques.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury caused by uncontrolled movement of mobility device
– Switch off power supply (ON/OFF key).
– Engage drive.
– Position mobility device on it's side and secure position so it does not turn over.
