Stopper Relay for Seat Tilt Actuator - Assembly
Instructions
If the occupant of the wheelchair is a heavy person, the seat tilt actuator can give way when the
seat is in a reclined position. The occupant of the chair will fall forward. To avoid this, a special
relay can be fitted.

Fitting the relay

Warning: Danger of acid burns!
• In case one of the holes on the electronics carrier needs to be enlarged, take special care not
to damage the battery!
Requirements:
• Philips screwdriver size 2
• Battery-powered or electric drill with 10mm drill bit
Preparation
Remove the battery cover.
If fitted, remove the taxi bar.
Fitting the relay
Insert the Getowell nut (1) into one of the holes in
the electronics carrier (2). Note that some of the
holes are smaller than others. If necessary,
enlarge one of the holes to 10mm or drill a new
one.
Fasten the relay to electronics carrier.

Connecting the relay

Press the release (1) on the socket of the cable
for the seat tilt, and pull out the left plug (2).
