This section shows how to set up your SF2200 and prepare it to send and receive.
Follow These Steps
To set up your SF 2200 and prepare it to send and receive faxes, follow these four steps:
• Unpack your unit and familiarize yourself with its parts and controls.
• Assemble your unit and hook it up to power and phone lines ( pages 3-5 ).
• Enter basic information, such as the data and time, into your unit's memory ( pages 6-9 ).
• Install fax paper in your unit ( pages 10 ).
Check Your Equipment
Unpack your SF 2200 and examine the drawing at right to familiarize yourself with its parts and to
make sure none are missing.
