3-5-2 Canceling Delayed Transmission
This feature lets you cancel previously programmed Delay Sending and Delay Polling sessions.
B e f o re performing this pro c e d u re, print the Delay Dial List and confirm the session(s) that you want to
cancel (see page 33 ). You must know the session number (shown on the list) in order to cancel it.
P ress FUNCTION, then 4. Then follow the steps shown at right.

Your Response
Press YES.
Dial the telephone number with the key Pad, or press a
One-Touch key, or use a Speed Dial number. When you
see the number you want in the Window, press YES.
Using the Key Pad, enter the time to transmit, in 24-hour
format. (For help with 24-hour time, see the chart on page
7.) Press YES.
The Window shows the delay session scheduled. To
cancel the delay session, follow the steps shown on the
next page.
Your Response
Press YES.
Using the Key Pad, enter the two-digit number of any
session you want to cancel. The number appears in the
Window as you enter it. When the correct session number
appears, press YES.
If you are certain you want to cancel the session number
appearing in the Window, press the YES key. The SF 2200
fax unit will cancel the session
You may enter a different session number or end this
procedure by pressing the NO.
