Might be Caused By Course of Action
Unknown cause. Turn off the main supply valve, vent the area, call a qualified service agent.
Pilot burner not lit. Wait 5 minutes to allow gas to dissipate, then light the pilot burner.
Insufficient ventilation. Ensure a minimum of 6" of space is allowed on all sides of the equipment.
Plugged holes in burner. Clean the burner to unplug all holes for proper operation.
Orifice contaminated. Contact an authorized service agent to service the burner.
