REPLACING SPUR INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove CBM3 buggy away from golf bag and place on a flat surface/bench/table.
(See image below)
2. Open CBM3 buggy. (See image below)
3. Lift up and release tension on Black Camlock Lever. (See image below)

  • Page 1 REPLACING SPUR INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove CBM3 buggy away from golf bag and place on a flat surface/bench/table. (See image below) 2. Open CBM3 buggy. (See image below) 3. Lift up and release tension on Black Camlock Lever. (See image below)
  • Page 2 4. Loosen and remove large black nut. (See image below) 5. CBM3 Strut will disengage and remove silver washer. (See images below)
  • Page 3 6. Begin to pull out black Camlock Lever and shaft from housing. (See image below) 7. Once Camlock Lever is removed, strut on the opposite side will disengage. (See image below) 8. Remove the small silver sleeve indicated by the arrow. Then pull out long silver tubular sleeve which is located inside housing.
  • Page 4 9. Slide out damaged Spur and replace with new Spur received from Concourse golf. (See images below).
  • Page 5 10. Begin to place long silver tubular sleeve back into the housing. (See images below). 11. Push small silver sleeve back into housing. (Refer images below).
  • Page 6 12. Slide Camlock Lever shaft back into strut and begin to push camlock lever into housing until all the way through. (See images below)
  • Page 7 13. Place silver washer back on Camlock Lever shaft. (See image below) 14. Slide CBM3 strut back into Camlock Lever. (See image below) 15. Place large black nut back on and tighten. (See image below).
  • Page 8 16. Close Camlock lever and replacement of spur is now completed. (See image below)
