To operate the system, you must first program it either from the built-in programming menus (on the following pages)
or by using the WinReporter PC software. Once all system programming is complete, you will be ready for operation.
Check that all chemical lines are primed and that the water and air supplies are both turned on.
(1) Press Main Power switch to ON position.
(2) Insert the key and turn to the right (key vertical to operate).
(3) Type in your user password and press ENTER — if your password was accepted, the display will flash a brief
acknowledgement and you will then see the following.
ILCS FOAMER
PRESS START TO BEGIN
(4) Press START. If the display shows "ACCESS RESTRICTED", the current user is not allowed to operate the
system because they have exceeded their uses for the present shift. Otherwise the system will start running.
(5) The display will show a count down of the remaining time left in the cycle.
(6) Slowly open the ball valve on the discharge hose while holding foam wand away from you.
(7) Turn on the manual valve (counter-clockwise) for the desired product. The valve is open when the handle is
vertical and closed when the handle is horizontal. Spray the target area as needed.
(8) Flush the discharge hose clean with fresh water between products by waiting a few seconds after closing one
manual valve before opening the next.
(9) Change the metering tip if necessary to achieve the desired chemical/water ratio.
(10) Adjust the air pressure if necessary to achieve the desired foaming results. The system is set at the factory to 15
PSI pressure. Set the needle valve 1—2 turns counter-clockwise (from the fully closed clockwise position).
(11) To stop the system when finished, press the WATER (cycle stop) button.

•
Changing the metering tips and/or air pressure should only be necessary during initial operation. There typically will
be no need to change these settings for normal day-to-day operation.
•
If the air pressure is adjusted, or metering tips are changed, the eductors should be re-calibrated for greatest
accuracy when tracking chemical usage.
•
The "time in" (that appears on the batch report) is logged when the user presses the START button.
•
The "time out" (that appears on the batch report) is logged when the user presses the WATER button or when the
system operating time expires, whichever comes first.
•
Product usage is tracked by the amount of time that the vacuum switch for each product is closed.
•
If the RESET button is pressed during operation, the system will cease operation.
