The ILCS Foamer Control System is the industry's first foam cleaning system with data management capabilities. Say
"good-bye" to run away truck wash chemical costs that erode profit margins and create undue wear and tear on
vehicle assets. This reliable microprocessor based system records all user activity in real time, and generated useful
management reports in standard text and Excel formats. The system can be programmed and linked to any PC with a
Windows Operating System.
The ILCS Foamer Control System is password protected with 99 programmable user passwords. Data can be stored
for up to 1250 individual user records. The User Interface is intuitive and easy to use. Anyone with a passcode can
use this system with little or no training. Using the ILCS Foamer Control System promotes responsible and safe
usage of wash chemicals while allowing you to better manage your business.

See the diagram on the following page for reference to the steps below
(1) Mount the unit in the desired location using applicable hardware (not provided).
(2) Using the metering tip chart below as reference, choose the tip closest to the actual ratio you need. Thread the
metering tip into the barbed end of the appropriate checkvalve. Do this for each chemical used.
(3) Install a foot-strainer on the end of each supply tube. Slide a ceramic weight over each supply tube. Cinch a
plastic tie wrap (provided) around the connection to secure. Insert foot end into chemical container.
(4) Route the chemical lines up through the bottom of the unit and connect to the appropriate checkvalves.
(5) Connect the water supply on the left side of the unit (water pressure min 40 PSI / water temp 140° F max).
(6) Connect the air supply to the 1/4" NPT port on the left side of the unit (system requires a minimum 40 PSI clean,
dry air at 5 – 10 CFM during operation).
(7) Route the discharge hose up through the bottom of the unit and connect to the barb fitting. Secure in place with a
hose clamp.
(8) The ball valve for the wand (foamer nozzle) is shipped disassembled. Attach the ball valve to the discharge end
of the hose, then connect the wand to the ball valve using the provided nipple.
(9) Plug in the power cord to an appropriate 115 VAC outlet.

The following chart is intended as a guide only. Actual dilution ratios will vary based on product viscosity, tubing
distance, water pressure, and air pressure.
Choose the tip closest to the actual ratio you need. Be sure to verify the actual chemical to water mixture
dispensed during operation. Change the metering tip if necessary to achieve the correct dilution.
