To change Clean Status:
Ÿ Dial 1072-909-Room/Phone Number- Room Clean Status.
1 - Maid Present
2 - Dirty
3 - Clean
4 - To be Inspected
5 - Out of Service
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Room Occupancy Status
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to
Change Occupancy Status.
Ÿ Enter Room/Phone Number.
Ÿ Scroll to select the option:
Occupied
Vacant
Reserved
Guaranteed
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
For Micros Opera PMS Interface - Status options are : 1-Dirty, 2-Clean, 3-Inspected.
For Extended Starlight PMS Interface - Status options are: 1-Dirty, 2-Clean, 3-Clean
Checked.

Mailbox Assignment

To assign Mailbox:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned for Mailbox
Assignment.
Ÿ Enter Room/Phone Number.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'Assign Mailbox'.
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To de-assign Mailbox:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned for Mailbox
Assignment.
Ÿ Enter Room/Phone Number.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'De-assign Mailbox'.
Ÿ Press
Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
