Ÿ Press 'Voice Mail' Key.
Ÿ Follow VMS Prompts.
To Access General Mailbox:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to General
Mailbox.
Ÿ Follow VMS Prompts.

Walk-In Class of Service

To Walk In into the other Extension:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Walk-In
Class of Service.
Ÿ Select the option 'Walk in'.
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Enter Your Extension Number.
Ÿ Enter Your User Password.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone.
Ÿ Dial desired number - Talk.
To Walk Out of the other Extension:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Walk-In
Class of Service.
Ÿ Select the option 'Walk out'.
Press Key. Confirmation Tone OR
Ÿ Go On-Hook.
Walk-Out depends on the Walk-Out mode selected for your extension. If 'Walk-Out One
Call' is set on your extension, you will be walked out when you go On-Hook.
Ÿ Dial 3931 (ETERNITY LE/ME/GE/PE,
Or
Ÿ Dial 390 (ETERNITY NE/NAVAN).
Ÿ Follow VMS Prompts.
Or
Ÿ Dial 1176
Ÿ Follow VMS Prompts.
