Hotline
To set Hotline for a Extension/
Department Group:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'Hotline Stn/Dept'.
Ÿ Enter Extension/Department Group
Number.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To set Hot Outward Dialing:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'Hotline OG Trunk'.
Ÿ Enter TAC.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To set Hot Outward Dialing with Number:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'Hotline External Num'.
Ÿ Enter TAC.
Ÿ Enter External Number-#*, press
Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To set Hotline Timer:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'set Hotline Timer',
press Key.
Ÿ Enter Hotline Timer: 000-255 secs,
press Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To cancel Hotline/Hot Outward Dialing:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Hotline
again.
Ÿ Scroll to select 'Cancel Hotline', press
Key.

Interrupt Request

When dialed extension is busy:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Interrupt
Request. Ring Back Tone.
Ÿ Called Extension gets beeps.
Ÿ Called Extension answers the call,
speech with Called Extension.
Ÿ Called Extension does not answer the
call, the call disconnects.
Ÿ Dial 151-Extension Number/
Or
Department Group Number.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Ÿ Dial 152-TAC.
Or
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Ÿ Dial 153-TAC-External Number-#*
Or
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Ÿ Dial 154-Seconds (000-255), press
Or
Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Ÿ Dial 150
Or
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Or Ÿ Dial 3 on Busy Tone.
Ÿ Ring Back Tone.
Ÿ Called Extension gets beeps.
