To enter Account Code by Name:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Account
Code by Name.
Ÿ Enter Name.
Ÿ Scroll to select desired Account
Name.
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Dial TAC - Number.
Authority Code (Using Walk-In Class of Service)
To make a call using Authority Code from
any extension:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Walk-In
COS.
Ÿ Scroll to select Walk-In by Authority
Code.
Ÿ Press Key.
Ÿ Dial Authority Code followed by the
Password.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone followed by Dial
Tone.
Ÿ Dial desired number.
Alarm
Once Only:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Alarm.
Ÿ Enter Time in HH-MM.
Ÿ Select 'Once Only'. Press
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Daily Alarm:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Alarm.
Ÿ Enter Time in HH-MM.
Ÿ Select 'Daily'. Press
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
