Alarm (Cont.)
To cancel Alarms:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Alarm.
Ÿ Select 'Cancel All'. Press
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Voice Guided Alarm:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Voice
Guided Alarm.
Ÿ Follow the Voice Mail System prompts
to set Alarm.
To cancel Voice Guided Alarm:
Ÿ Repeat the same steps as 'Voice
Guided Alarm'.
Voice Guided Alarm works only if a Voice Mail System is present in the System.

Auto Call Back (ACB)

When the extension/trunk you are trying
is busy:
Ÿ Press 'Call Back' Key.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone.
Ÿ Go On-Hook.
When there is no reply:
Ÿ Press 'Call Back' Key during Ring
Back Tone.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone.
Ÿ Go On-Hook.
To cancel Auto Call Back:
Ÿ Press 'Call Back' Key again.
Ÿ Confirmation Tone.
Ÿ Go On-Hook.
