Ÿ Enter Date and Time in DD-MM-YYYY-
HH-MM.
OR
MM-DD-YYYY-HH-MM (users in USA).
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
To cancel Reminder:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to
Reminder.
Ÿ Select 'Cancel All'. Press
Ÿ Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
Voice Guided Reminder:
Ÿ Press DSS Key assigned to Voice
Guided Reminder.
Ÿ Follow the Voice Mail System
prompts to set Voice Guided
Reminder.
To cancel Voice Guided Reminder:
Ÿ Repeat above steps.
Voice Guided Reminder works only when a Voice Mail System is present in the System.
Ÿ Dial 5 on Busy Tone.
