Help Menu printout (while offline press the MENU/ENTER key on the
control panel to enter the menu. Press the Left Arrow key until the Help
menu displays. Press the MENU/ENTER key.)

Is the problem with a new install or an existing printer?
•
Description of the problem (be specific)
•
Good and bad samples that clearly show the problem (faxing or emailing
of these samples may be required)
