English Start-Up and Test Sequence After unpacking, clean and allow the counter to stand for 2 hours before turning on (cleaning directions sup- plied within this manual). Ensure the counter is situated where neither hot nor cold air sources will affect its performance. - Page 4 English Alarms and Warnings Internal High and Low Temperature Alarms In both cases the alarm will sound but can be silenced by pressing any button. The unit will display the warning and continue to allow the counter to run, in hope of achieving either a higher or lower temperature to rectify the fault.
