You can erase the complete entry of the selected name.
Find the Feature

Save the phonebook entry.

Scroll to the name you want.
View the type of number (i.e. Work, Home etc.).

View the e-mail, phone number and speed dial.

View the phonebook Options menu screen.

Scroll to Delete.
View the confirmation message "Delete?".

Erase the number and associated fields.
