4.7.6 Bandwidth Management

 First Part
 Enable bandwidth management: Select on or off to turn on or off bandwidth
management.
 The maximum downlink rate: The maximum downloading speed of whole LAN.
 Maximum uplink speed: The maximum uploading speed of whole LAN.
 Second Part
 Rule name: Name of rule. Each name should be different.
 IP address: IP address of the speed limiting devices.
 Upload bandwidth: The maximum uploading speed of speed limiting devices.
 Download bandwidth: The maximum downloading speed of speed limiting devices.
