Based on a concrete example, this primer guides you through five steps in which you install and start up a functioning application with which you can execute a travel operation via channel 1 and then try out and test the basic hardware and software functions of your FM 351 and obtain and check the application-dependent parameters.

Plug in the wired-up front connector on the FM 351 and push it in securely.
