1. HANDLING/STORING THE
APPLIANCE
1.1 The appliance should be handled carefully
to avoid damage and the recommended
method is shown opposite.
Team Lifts.
When lifting the unit work with someone of
similar build and height if possible.
Choose one person to call the signals.
Lift from the hips at the same time, then raise
the unit to the desired level.
Move smoothly in unison.
1.2 The appliance is supplied shrink wrapped
on a timber installation base. Carrying handles
are also provided in the back of the casing.
1.3 If the unit needs to be stored prior to
installation it should be stored upright in a dry

environment and on a level base/floor.

2. FITTING THE APPLIANCE
2.1 General

The appliance should be mounted on a 100mm
high plinth supplied with the appliance to
facilitate the pipework connections at the front
of the appliance.
When using push fit connectors with the
flexible hose kits it is important to check that
they are compatible.
