1.Take t he i ntake s ilencer o ff t he c arburettor b y
unscrewing t he c lamp. I t i s n ot n ecessary t o
unscrew t he b racket. T he i ntake s ilencer w ill
turn e asily.
2.Disconnect t he t hrottle c able f rom t he
carburetor t ogether w ith i ts s pring a nd s lide i t.
3.Took t he c arburetor o ff t he e ngine a nd o pen
the f loat c hamber ( 22) b y u nscrewing t he f our
screws ( 23). C lean t he p arts, o penings a nd
passages w ith c ompressed a ir.
4.Unscrew t he m ain j et ( 4) b y u sing a c ross
screwdriver. P lace a n ew o ne. B e c areful,
washer ( 18) h as o nly o ne p osition. W rong
assembling w ill c ause t otally b lack o ut o f
carburettor.
5.Check t he f loat c hamber g asket ( 21) a nd
eventually c hange i t i f d amaged.
6.Close t he f loat c hamber b y s crewing t he f our
screws ( 23) a nd r e-­‐place t he c arburettor i n t he
engine.
7.Clean t he i nside o f t he i ntake s ilencer.
8. A ttach t he i ntake s ilencer a ssembly t o t he
adaptor.
9.Tighten i t w ith t he s pecific c lamp. W rong
assembly w ill c ause t he l oss o f t he i ntake
silencer.
Unplug t he s park p lug a nd c lean i t b y u sing a
metal b rush.
Use a s pecific s park p lug g ap g auge t o s et u p
correct g ap. C orrect g ap: 0 ,8 m m.
