Gluten Free (Prog 9.)
Gluten Free Cheese and Mustard Loaf
Loaf size:
Eggs
Water
Sunflower oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Caster sugar
Gluten free white bread flour blend
Gluten free Xanthan Gum
Gluten free English mustard powder
Gluten free dried yeast
Grated strong cheddar cheese
Method

Place the eggs in a large measuring jug and beat well with a fork.

Add the water, oil and lemon juice and mix well. Pour into the
Baking Pan.

Add the salt and sugar to the Pan.

In a bowl, mix the flour, Xanthan gum, mustard powder and yeast.

Add the flour mixture and the cheese to the Pan.

Within the first two minutes, while the bread is mixing, use a
silicone spatula to scrape the Pan sides, to ensure all the flour has
been incorporated and then close the Lid.

Ingredients Group 1
Butter (melted)
Vanilla essence
Eggs (beaten)
Lemon juice
Ingredients Group 2
Plain flour
Baking powder
Caster sugar
Method

Mix group 1 together in a bowl.

Sieve flour and baking powder together into a second bowl, stir in
the sugar.

Combine groups 1 and 2 together, mix well.

Pour mixture into Baking Pan.

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake
Unsalted butter, melted
Eggs
Vanilla extract
Lemon juice

Gluten free plain white flour blend
Gluten free baking powder
Gluten free cocoa or cacao powder
Method

Beat the eggs in a jug, add the butter, vanilla extract, lemon juice
and water.

Place the sugar and flour in a mixing bowl and sieve in the baking
powder and cocoa or cacao powder. Make a well in the middle,
pour in the egg mixture and mix well with a spatula or wooden
spoon.
