Clutch Overhaul

Disassembly:
1. Remove M8x12 setscrew
off of clutch pulley shaft
2. Remove and inspect clutch shoe

and clutch drum . Replace if necessary.

3. Inspect bearing for free motion on shaft. Replace
if necessary.
Installation:
CAUTION:
Do not grease or oil pulley shaft or
clutch drum.

1. Slide clutch drum

2. Slide clutch spring
clutch shoe over clutch pulley shaft.

3. Slide clutch plate over clutch pulley shaft. Tighten

setscrew . Clutch shoe should move freely over
shaft and clutch plate.
