TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The equipment display is off although the cable is connected
and the "0-1" disconnecting switch is turned to "1".
Although the cable is connected and the "0-1" disconnecting
switch is turned to "1", the equipment does not display the
message:
Stand-by mode
Although having displayed the message:
Stand-by mode
The equipment does not respond to the commands given
following the instructions in this manual.
The equipment is blocked and does not restart, although not
displaying alarm signals.
Although having displayed the messages given in this manual,
the equipment no longer responds to subsequent commands.
During setting of the controls envisaged in this manual, the
display does not show the relevant messages.
During execution of the commands given, visual and/or acoustic
alarm signals envisaged in this manual occur.
During the user (service) water production stage the artificial
kidney signals a lack of water and the Aqua-Cleer MFP 4-44 MD
is not in shutdown status.

CAUSES
Probable momentary or prolonged power outage.
Probable non-activation of the high-sensitivity differential switch
required for installation.
Probable poor operation of the disconnecting switch installed on
the equipment electronic panel.
Probable incorrect or only partial connection of the power cable
to the power supply terminals.
Probable incorrect connection of the equipment power cable to
the electronic panel.
Probable panel electronic board fault.
Probable incorrect or only partial connection of the power cable
to the power supply terminals.
Probable fault along the electric line supplying the terminals to
which the equipment power cable is connected.
Probable automatic shutdown of the equipment due to a lack of
water.
Probable panel electronic board fault.
Probable activation of the safety pressure switch (O) in Figure 1
for overpressure on the service product water supply line.
Probable automatic shutdown of the equipment due to a lack of
water.
Probable panel electronic board fault.
Probable automatic shutdown of the equipment due to a lack of

CURES
Make sure the main switch or auxiliary switches (if present)
are not deactivated; if disconnecting the equipment from the
power supply then reactivate the switch/es. If the switch does
not remain on, contact a qualified electrician.
If the cause is due to a power outage, wait for it to be
restored.
Activate the high-sensitivity differential switch.
Contact the Authorized Culligan Service Center that carried
out installation.
Contact the Authorized Culligan Service Center that carried
out installation.
Contact the Authorized Culligan Service Center that carried
