Pausing, rEwinding, and rEPlaying livE radio
While listening to satellite radio, up to the most recent 60 minutes of the broadcast may be
put into a temporary replay buffer. You may rewind to replay something you just heard or
you may press
Play/Pause to pause the live broadcast. You may resume listening to the
broadcast at any time, beginning from the point where the broadcast was paused, or you can
fast-forward or rewind through the replay buffer, pause the replay buffer again, or return to the
live broadcast.
The replay buffer is retained until the memory becomes full. When memory becomes full, the
oldest part of the replay buffer is deleted to make room for the new material so that the live
broadcast can continue to be added to the replay buffer. The replay buffer is discarded when
the Stiletto 10 is either turned off or tuned to another channel or to a playlist.
Pausing a live broadcast
To pause a live broadcast:
1.
Press
Play/Pause to pause a live broadcast.
2.
The audio will mute and a time bar will be shown near the bottom of the display screen
indicating how much of the replay buffer is filled with the broadcast. (Figure 10)
Playing a Paused broadcast
Press
Play/Pause to begin playing a paused broadcast from the point at which it was
paused. To jump ahead to the live broadcast, press
broadcast.
