SOUND COLOR FX
These effects change in association with the [COLOR] controls for the
different channels.
1 Press one of the
[SOUND COLOR FX (NOISE, PITCH, CRUSH, FILTER)]
buttons.
This selects the type of effect.
The button that was pressed flashes.
! For the types of effects, see Types of SOUND COLOR FX effects.
! The same effect is set for [CH 1] and [CH 2].
2 Turn the [COLOR] control.
The effect is applied to the channel(s) for which the control(s) was (were)
pressed.
 Types of SOUND COLOR FX effects
Effect Name
Descriptions
Changes the musical
PITCH
interval within the range of 1
octave up and down.
White noise generated
inside this unit is mixed in
to the sound of the channel
via the filter and output.

The volume can be
adjusted by turning the
NOISE
[TRIM] controls for the
respective channels.
The sound quality can
be adjusted by turn-
ing the [EQ (HI, MID,
LOW)] controls.
Changes the original sound
CRUSH
to a crushed-like sound for
output.
Outputs sound that has
FILTER
passed through a filter.
[COLOR] control
Turn counterclockwise: The pitch
decreases.
Turn clockwise: The pitch
increases.
Turn counterclockwise: The cut-
off frequency of the filter through
which the white noise passes
gradually decreases.
Turn clockwise: The cut-off
frequency of the filter through
which the white noise passes
gradually increases.
Turn counterclockwise:
Increases the sound's distortion.
Turn clockwise: The sound is
crushed before passing through
the high pass filter.
Turn counterclockwise: Gradually
decreases the low-pass filter's
cutoff frequency.
Turn clockwise: Gradually
increases the high-pass filter's
cutoff frequency.
