Warranty Terms

GSE TexPrint Solutions UK Ltd provides the following warranty subject to the following
terms:
Warranty Period
The warranty period is two years and begins from the date of the sale, which will be
evidenced by the invoice or similar documents. Wear and tear caused by the normal use of
the transfer press are not defects and are not covered by the warranty.
Repair
All claims under the warranty for manufacturing or material defects which are not the
result of fair wear and tear will be replaced or repaired, but claims under this warranty must
be made in writing to GSE TexPrint Solutions UK Ltd within one week of the claim arising.
The rules regarding trade purchasing, particularly §§ 377 et seq, are not affected by this
condition. During the period of the warranty it will be extended to cover either the machi-
ne or replacement parts. Replaced parts will become the property of GSE TexPrint Solutions
UK Ltd. Replacement parts and labour costs cannot be charged.
Rectification
The right of the customer is initially limited to repairs. Should a repair fail to be successful,
the customer has the right to withold payment or choose to withdraw from the contract.
In any event all further claims are excluded, especially claims for damages, including conse-
quential and consequential damages, unless GSE TexPrint Solutions UK Ltd or its vicarious
agents are found to have deliberate intent, or gross negligence.
