Design and function 2.1 Description The model PG43SA-S and PG43SA-C pressure gauges are designed especially for the requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The pressure gauge is particularly suitable for the special conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, such as chemical stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures. -

Vent hole with model PG43SA-S In order to avoid any change in pressure within the case, the model PG43SA-S features a vent hole at the case bottom on the rear side. In case of condensation formation within the case or ingress of low water quantities from outside, this can be drained through the vent hole. -

Eine Überprüfung der Anzeige sollte etwa 1 bis 2 mal pro Jahr „ erfolgen. Dazu ist das Gerät vom Prozess zu trennen und mit einer Druckprüfvorrichtung zu kontrollieren. Im Falle von Kondenswasserbildung im Gehäuse oder Eintritt von geringen Wassermengen von außen, kann dieses durch die Belüftungsbohrung wieder ablaufen. -
