Unite RP | RP-T – Bodypack Receiver
Volume
• When using headphones/headsets, make sure that the
volume is set to minimum. Adjust the volume only after
putting on the headphones/headset.
Too high volumes and too long listening times can damage
your hearing. Hearing damage always represents an irre-
versible impairment of hearing.
• Always pay attention to the volume. As a rule of thumb,
the higher the volume, the shorter the listening time. By
law, the maximum allowed value is 85 dB at a maximum
listening time of 8 hours.
• Temporary symptoms that you have been exposed to loud
noise are:
– ringing or whistling in the ears
– high tones can no longer be perceived
