2 Place the quiche on Baking tray (if necessary with baking paper)
and place Baking tray in the oven. If the quiche is in a foil dish,
then place it on Wire grill.
3 Choose precooked or blanched sausages. Pierce the sausages
several times with a fork. Brush the sausages with oil or melted
butter and season as desired. Place the sausages on Deep pan
with Grill tray in the oven. When the oven beeps, turn the food
over.
4 Spread frozen squid rings out on a greased Baking tray.
For the best results, cook in a single layer. Place Baking tray in the
oven.
