WARRANTY

AllspeakersbuiltbyVanatoocarrya3-yearlimitednon-transferrablewarrantybeginningfromthedateofpurchase.Thereisnorequirement
foryoutoregisteryourproduct.
Thewarrantycoversalldefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipwiththefollowingexceptions:
Damagecausedbyimproperinstallationoradjustment
•
Damagecausedbylightningorpowersurges
•
Damagecausedbyaccident,unreasonableuse,orneglect
•
DamagecausedbyanactofGod
•
Damagecausedbyexcessivemoisture
•
DamagefromfailuretofollowinstructionscontainedintheOwner'sManual
•
DamagefromrepairsperformedbysomeonenotauthorizedbyVanatoo
•
Anyunitonwhichtheserialnumberhasbeeneffaced,modified,orremoved
•
Damageoccurringduringshipment,otherthanthatarrangedbyVanatoo
•
Unitswhichhavebeenalteredormodifiedindesign,appearanceorconstruction
•
Thiswarrantycoversonlytheactualdefectswithintheproduct.Itdoesnotcovercostsofinstallation,removalorsetupoftheproduct
atthecustomer'ssite.
Duringthewarrantyperiod,Vanatoowill,atitsoptionandwithinareasonableamountoftime,eitherrepairanydefectivepartsor
replacethedefectiveproductatnocosttothecustomerusingnewpartsorpartsequivalenttonewinperformanceandreliability.
ThecustomerwillberesponsibleforshippingortransportationchargestoreturnthedefectiveproducttoVanatoo.Itisrecommended
thatthecustomerretainalltheoriginalshippingmaterialstoassuresafetransportoftheproductshoulditneedtobesentback.It
isrecommendedthatthecustomerinsurestheshipmentincasethecarrierdamagestheproductinshipment.Vanatoocannotbe
responsibleforanyshippingdamageduetoimproperpackingofreturnproducts.Vanatoowillberesponsibleforallshippingcharges
associatedwithshippingtheproductbacktothecustomeratanyUSaddressoncethedefecthasbeencorrected.
Ifrepairsarenecessarywhicharenotcoveredbythiswarranty,orifaunitisexaminedandisfoundtonotbeinneedofrepairs,the
customerwillbechargedfortherepairsand/ortheexamination.Ifnon-warrantedrepairsareneeded,Vanatoowillnotifythecustomer
oftheestimatedcostandaskforauthorizationtoperformsaidrepairs.Inthecasethattheproductrepairisnotunderwarranty,the
customerwillbechargedforanyshippingchargesassociatedwithshippingtheproductbacktothecustomer.
