If the BRU3 causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company
will notify you in advance that temporary discontinuance of service may
be required. But in advance notice is not practical, the telephone company
will notify the customer as soon as possible. Also, you will be advised of
your right to file a compliant with the FCC if you believe it is necessary.

The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment,
operations, or procedures that could affect the operation of the equipment.
If this happens, the telephone company will provide advance notice in
order for you to make the necessary modifications in order to maintain
uninterrupted service.

If there are any problems with the BRU3, please contact your local
Ericsson Customer Support representative or return the BRU3 equipment
for repair to the following address:

Please package the equipment carefully for shipping, including a memo
with necessary failure information.
If the problem is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone
company may request you to remove the equipment from the network until
the problem is resolved.

The user is not authorized to repair or modify the equipment beyond that
which is stated in the BRU3 manual.

The BRU3 cannot be used on public coin service provided by the
telephone company. Connection to Party Line Service is subject to state
tariffs. Contact the state public utility commission, public service
commission or corporation commission for information.
9.
The BRU3 is hearing-aid compatible.
