Ingredients
Flour - 1 ½ cups
Butter - ½ cup
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Salt - ¼ tsp
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Finely chopped walnuts - 1 1/3 cup
Method
1. Cream together butter, sugar, salt & vanilla.
2. Blend in flour & walnuts, using hands to form the dough into a ball.
3. Chill for 30 mins.
4. Roll on lightly floured board to a little less than ¼ "thickness.
5. Cut with 2" cutter.
6. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees (180 degrees C) for
10-12 mts, until very lightly brown.
7. Cool on a wire rack.
8. Makes 50 biscuits.
