code. Rotate the
knob clockwise to increase the
number, counterclockwise to
decrease. The number will be
entered when the PUSH – SELECT
knob is pressed, and the blinking
digit moves to the right.
3-A-3. DELETE
If you select DELETE
1. Press the PUSH – SELECT knob at
the code that you want to delete.
2. Press the PUSH – SELECT knob at
DELETE
appears.
3. Rotate the PUSH – SELECT knob to
make your selection.
4. Press the PUSH – SELECT knob
and the POLARIS returns to the
following screen.
3-B. USER MMSI
A MMSI is a nine-digit number used on Marine Transceivers that are
able to use Digital Selective Calling (DSC). This number is used like a
telephone number to call other vessels.
