7.9. Drawings and circuit diagrams
The drawings of this machine are combined in a separate folder. The circuit diagrams are enclosed in the machine's
electrical cabinet.
Possible cause
Height of soil slide set too low, too little
soil supplied to machine
Height of soil slide set too low, tunnel of
soil forms above soil supply belt.
Soil supply belt supplies too little soil.
Band slips
Elevator jammed
Cable broken
Setting is wrong
Valve fouled
Cable is too stiff
Air pressure too low
2 parallel shafts not actually parallel
Pusher valve is fouled, pusher moves too
slowly
Vents are blocked or closed too far
This movement is normal, but not usually
visible at the high speeds. Valve is
fouled, and speed is too slow
Procedure:
1.
Remove guard (A).
a. L oosen M8 bolts by three turns: the guard can now be removed.
2.
Loosen nut and bolt (C) using two open end wrenches (19)
3.
Adjust rod (B).
a. Rod (B) has two adjustment holes:
i. Hole (1): smallest soil supply belt stroke
ii. Hole (2): largest soil supply belt stroke
Action/solution
Raise height of soil slide.
Raise height of soil slide.
Follow procedure described in Subsection
7.8.
Check belt tension
Switch elevator left and right several times
and reduce soil supply.
Replace cable
Adjust setting (see "Adjust pot dispenser")
Replace valve
Lubricate cable with oil
Adjust pressure to at least 5 Bar
Stop machine in highest position. Loosen
Allen screws at the bottom of the shafts
and tighten again
Replace valve
Replace vent dampers or open the
adjustment screw
Replace valve
Lower pressure tot 2 to 3 bar. This will
usually be sufficient
