5.10. Adjust the final-fill system (optional)
5.10.1. Final-fill system with fixed disk (optional)
Adjust the final-fill system before starting work with the machine.
5.10.2. Final-fill system with rotating disk (optional)
Adjust the final-fill system before starting work with the machine.
The proportion of the final-fill soil supplied from the final-fill plate to the soil to the soil supplied directly to the pots
can be adjusted in steps of 1/3.
Procedure:
1. Slide the plates with the grip supplied with the unit down to the pots
2. T urn the crank handle to adjust the height of the final-fill plate. Set the
final-fill plates to just above the pots.
3. Adjust the sensor until the soil on the final-fill plates is at the required
height.
4. Adjust the sensor at about 10 cm from the rim of the rotating disk.
5. T he proportion of the soil falling on the final-fill plate to the soil falling
directly in the pots can be adjusted in steps of 1/3.
6. Turn the machine on.
7. S et the soil directing chutes so that sufficient soil falls into the pots and
onto the final-fill disk by adjusting the levers on the sides on the soil
directing chutes.
Procedure:

3. Adjust the sensor until the soil on the final-fill plates is at the required
height.

6. S et the soil directing chutes so that sufficient soil falls into the pots and
onto the final-fill disk by adjusting the levers on the sides on the soil
directing chutes.
7. The speed of the rotating disk can be adjusted so that each operator
receives enough soil.
